Amanda Blu & Company Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through Amanda Blu & Company, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all wholesale transactions. Amanda Blu & Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

2. Wholesale Eligibility
Amanda Blu & Company is a wholesale supplier serving registered retail businesses. To qualify for an account, you must:
• Hold a valid State Sales & Use Tax Number and Reseller's Certificate
• Operate a business that resells goods
• Complete our registration form with accurate business information and submit a valid Reseller's Certificate
We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts at our discretion.

3. Account Registration
Existing Customers may log in with their assigned Username and Password. If not yet registered, please complete the online form to activate your account.

New Customers must submit a wholesale registration form. Account validation typically takes 1–2 business days. Upon approval, login credentials will be issued.

4. Ordering

Minimum Order Requirements:
• Opening Order: $150
• Reorders: $100

Orders submitted online may be held for up to 10 days using the "Hold Order" function. Held orders will be automatically deleted after 10 days if not submitted.

Due to automated processing, additions to submitted orders are typically not possible.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon shipment. We accept:
• Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®
• Dating Terms (with approved credit)

To apply for credit terms, email a completed credit sheet to info@amandablu.com. We reserve the right to limit payment methods and change payment policies at any time.

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

6. Shipping
Orders ship within 7–10 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping methods include:
• UPS Ground (Primary)
• USPS
• Expedited UPS Services (Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver)
Rush and international orders may incur additional fees and longer processing times. Once a shipment leaves our facility, Amanda Blu is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment. You will receive an invoice and email confirmation with final totals.

For orders placed by phone, you may request that a sales representative call you with your final total including shipping charges.

Tracking information will be provided in the invoice you receive after your order is processed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Backorders
You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. When items become available, they will be shipped automatically.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date and require prior authorization.
To request a return:

• Include original packaging, labels, and inner cartons
• Do not price merchandise or remove tags

Returns will not be accepted if:
• Items are used, misused, or damaged by the retailer
• Items are discontinued, Web Specials, or final sale
• Returns are made without prior authorization

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as account credit after evaluation.

Defective or damaged items will be returned via a company-issued return label.

9. Security & Privacy
Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data.

10. Dream Program
To participate in the Dream Program, dealers must first pass a credit check and have a valid payment method on file. Dealers approved for terms will receive 30–90-day terms as outlined; those without terms must prepay prior to shipment. If payment is not made within the agreed terms Amanda Blu reserves the right to revoke term privileges and convert future orders to pay-upon-shipment status. Additionally, trade back privileges may be forfeited if terms are not met. All returns must be completed within 45 days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Initial jewelry purchases (fixtures excluded) are eligible for full return privileges if returned within 120 days and paid within terms. Trade back privileges allow dealers to exchange up to 20% of their Dream Program purchases for best sellers, provided all packaging and pricing remain unaltered. Trade back credit must be applied to a new order of equal or greater value within 7 days before or after the credit issue date and cannot be used toward past-due balances.

11. Sales Representatives
If a sales representative has visited your store within the last 8 months, they will be credited for your online and phone orders.

12. Liability
Amanda Blu & Company’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the merchandise in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
